Harriet Oyulu Ekude​

Founder/CEO

With over 15 years in HR and management, Harriet has led strategic roles at UEGCL and UEDCL. She specializes in governance, recruitment, policy development, and organizational change. Holding an MBA and a Bachelor's from Makerere University, she is a certified Balanced Scorecard Trainer and HRMAU member.

Daniel Ekude

Partner

A Corporate Governance Specialist, Ivan has worked with boards of state enterprises and donor agencies. With experience at Standard Chartered and Dfcu Bank, he brings expertise in governance and risk management. His background includes engineering and governance certifications.

Sophie Jjemba Nabirye

HR Consultant

With 15+ years in HR, Sophie specializes in talent management, employee relations, and policy development across banking, legal, and consultancy sectors. A member of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda, she also leads marketing for the HR Managers’ SACCO. Her expertise spans change management, recruitment, and performance strategies, driving organizational growth and productivity.

Marian Murerwa Bogere

HR Consultant

Marian Murerwa Bogere brings over 15 years of dedicated and versatile multinational and multi-disciplinary experience within the nonprofit sector to Emerging Public Leaders. She has a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership and operational support. Previously, Marian worked for the International Justice Mission, where her commitment to driving positive change at the local and international levels was reflected in her proactive approach and collaborative mindset. Marian holds a postgraduate degree in International Management from New Delhi, India.
